Book a Call
The first step is to book a call with us, this will be an initial 20-30 minute chat over the phone to discuss your needs, how we can help, where you are and where you want to get to.

Are we a good fit?
Can we work together? The initial chat allows both parties to find out if we are a good fit, we only work with individuals and businesses we feel we can really help and you will also have an idea if we are a good fit for you.

Proposal Meeting
A 45-minute video call to walk through a proposal live on screen, we will recommend what we think you need and chat over your options with you, working through the proposal together to find a package you are happy with.

Sign Up
You like our proposal and want to go ahead and sign up WAHOO!!
Digitally sign the proposal and Direct Debit mandate and we are ready to rock n’ roll!

Contact Previous Accountant
We’ll get in touch with your last accountant and sort EVERYTHING! (If applicable)
And don’t worry, they’ll still speak to you 🙂

Onboarding Session
We install our accounting systems and then we will provide your Onboarding Session for us to define the goals of the business and provide training to you and any members of your team that you’d like to bring in with you.
